Get that body moving in a high intensity 30min workout, with a mix of weights and cardio, including a quick warmup & stretch.

45min PT session - $50

 45mins allows a more focused session, whether your goal is to lift heavier weights, run a marathon or just get fitter.

60min PT session - $60

A 60mins a great way to really slow down the pace and focus on correct technique and specific type of training - body building, lifting or sports specific training are just some of the things we can do.
